hello dear..you can say: I believe that sports are extremely important to our bodies. Sport helps us stay in shape, lose weight and remain healthy and happy as well!
My favourite sport is basketball. I love it because I play with my friends at school. I wish everybody will work out daily.

I agree with you! reading , if you are not used to it, would seem very looooong and boring..so read first two lines..next day read one line more...then it will become easier!
